Friday
It's raining hard, on and off downpour. May begins, and with that so does my schedule, I have exam upon exam and finals upon finals.
I got near no sleep last night, and was woken up by a power outage at 3:00am (due to the heavy rain).
I am slowly dragging myself through these last few weeks until summer starts, and then I am free to roam and travel again.
I've been listening to some older Ukrainian music recently, but I can't seem to find any info on most of the songs. I translated a few titles here:
□ Cornflower Eyes // Oleksander Skachko
□ Fairytale // Valentina Kuprin
□ Roses on the Platform // Julia Pashkovska
They're from an album called "Masterpeices of Ukrainian Popular Art" or "Ukrainian Music Heritage" which has a distinctive blue and white album cover.
microblog: (05.01.26) I just got a hyacinth, as a gift. It's already blooming by my window, after only having it a day or so. It's a pink hyacinth, which looks perfect on my windowsill, and is just so pretty. I do worry though that the pot it's in right now doesn't have any good drainage. Once it finishes blooming I'll plant it outide, hopefully it'll be happy there..
